DSTF Legal Interoperability Whitepaper

This paper was written by the Legal Interoperability Sub-Group of the Data Sharing Task Force (DSTF).  The DSTF operates in support of the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS), governed by the intergovernmental Group on Earth Observations (GEO).

It is open for comment from the DSTF, GEO Member Countries, and GEO Participating Organizations.  The paper has line numbers to facilitate the easy identification of where to target comments.  All comments are welcome and should be posted here by December 19, 2011 .

Because this is a wiki, comments are visible by the public, and comments about comments are also possible.  Even though the paper can be downloaded by anyone for review, it can only be commented on if the commenter is registered on this wiki.  When registering, please use a username that clearly identifies your name or affiliation so that any comments submitted can be properly attributed.
